We are constantly striving to go beyond the expectations of our clients, with regard to creativity, excellence, and above all, quality. Based on demand, many of these workshops already have a clientele and a network that follow the instructors for their talent and prestige. We match the interests of our groups with the instructors on tour and/or the available workshops by date. * We have a conference happening in Montreal and we'd like to have our traveller's taken care of in Quebec with a variety of options, entertainment and activities for their stay here. What do you suggest ? You name it, we can arrange and confirm almost anything prior to their arrival. A request form must be completed and submitted first. Specific interests, schedule, budget, group size, and destination logistics, then determine the outcome of a personalized proposal. * Our company would like to do something different for Christmas this year. What kind of events do you offer ?
As far as unique ?... theme nights, such as masquerades and carnival nights are gaining more popularity in recent years. Although weekend celebrations filled
with outdoor activity, may be slightly more costly than a one night event, they are the most appreciated by employees (according to recent
surveys). * With what criteria are the instructors for workshops, speakers for lectures and conferences, and performers for events selected ? Insightful Events does not engage anyone unless they are certified, experienced, professional, renowned experts in their field, and highly accredited. * How does Insightful Events design itineraries ? We custom-design an itinerary exclusively for your group. Our experienced, professional staff considers requested sites, specific interests, schedule, budget, group size, and destination logistics among the variety of elements that form your itinerary. * We have a seminar happening outside Montreal and we'd like you to feature it on your site. How can we apply for this ? Just send us as much information as possible in advance, on the speakers, lecturers, content, the different options you're offering, and you will be considered if your seminar, convention, lecture, conference, is approved. * How can I join the mailing list for upcoming events ? Click here to subscribe. * Can I arrange my own flight and stay longer than my group if I want to ? We recommend you fly with your group because this gives you an opportunity to bond with everyone. It is really where all the fun starts ! Our competitive prices are based on group rates, and therefore travelling separately is not recommended without advance notice. If you wish to make your alternative flight arrangements or wish extend your trip once the program is over simply contact us and we'll provide you with the details you need to arrange it. * What type of currency should I bring along ? This will depend on the program you will be taking and we'll provide you with all the information you need prior to departure. Traveller's cheques are recommended for longer trips but for a weekend, we recommend you bring a small amount of cash for the first day or so, until you get the chance to get to a bank. If you prefer to, you may also bring a bank card or a credit card if you wish. Bank cards generally need to be connected to a chequing account and your PIN code must have 4 digits. * What type of transportation do we use ? Private motor coaches, planes, trains, ferries, limosines. Of course this depends on the program you have selected and locations we will be visiting. * Will I need a Visa ? Canadian travellers will be advised long enough in advance if their group requires a Visa for the country they are visiting. Travellers who do not hold Canadian passports should inform us at least 2-3 weeks prior to departure and we'll direct you to the correct embassy to obtain the appropriate documentation. * What is the average luggage weight allowance ? Charges for overweight baggage depend on the airline, and may get expensive, so remember the essentials and travel light. You'll be informed of weight allowances in your travel information package.
